Very cool! This is a ring made using a technique called Mokume-gane. Made with layers of metals to create a wood grain effect. I love this ring, it's stunning and probably difficult to make. It just so happened that my kitchen clock broke this past weekend. I was browsing through Esty, as I do so often, and came across this wonderfully modern clock that I simply adore. Now I think this advertisement is for the area rugs, I'm not sure. I've had these pictures saved for a while trying to find out where I can get one of these chairs from. I came across these natural stones and had to have them. They are called howlite. White with black and gray swirls that look just like marble. I paired them with black and gray Swarovski crystals and a silver bar in the center. It is a choker style necklace but does not fit too snug. No, I did not make this quilt. But I am thinking about it. This is a pattern by Valori Wells called High Desert Paprika and I'm thinking about challenging myself and making this quilt for my bedroom. The subtle changes in color make this quilt easy to mesh with various decors. I'm ordering the pattern this week and I'll post my progress so everyone can see. I need the support.

This is a recent listing on my site. I had fun making this one. I used three different kinds of gold Keishe and freshwater pearls and equally beautiful copper pearls. I accented with natural citrine tear drop stones. It's at a really great length too. You can wrap it around you neck or several times around your wrist as a bracelet. I like to make pieces that are versatile like that.
